Exchange & Returns:
We offer refunds and exchange in accordance with our obligations under the Australian Consumer Law.
Items can be returned within 14 days of delivery for store credit or exchange. This excludes sale items. Items must be received in original condition - unworn, unwashed, with all tags still attached.

We process all returns within two days of receiving your items. We will send you an email with the details of your processed return.
Exceptions: We do not accept returns on jewellery and headwear for hygiene reasons
We do not refund for change of mind or sale stock, however if your item is delivered with any faults please contact us immediately and we will organise a replacement or refund.
Please allow up to 5-7 business days for refund/credit to be processed once received
Refunds can only be returned via the original payment method
